What Are One-Shot Pipes And How Are They Used?

There are times when only a huge bowl of bong can satisfy our smoking cravings. There are also occasions when a one-shot pipe is more than enough when we are away from home or want to go unnoticed. Here’s everything you need to know about one-hit pipes and how to use the mini water bongs. Let us read further to know more.

WHAT IS A ONE-SHOT PIPE?

For those not yet familiar with one-shot pipes (sometimes called “cilum ”), they are small cylindrical metal or glass pipes with a small brazier on the tip. Some of these smoking tools are designed to look like cigarettes, others have the most diverse shapes and colors, from rudimentary metal pieces to decorated and aesthetically more elegant objects. These discreet and extremely portable items allow you to smoke without attracting unwanted attention, which is exactly what you need when you want to consume your weed on the sly and quietly.

Often, one-shot pipes are sold on their own, but they can also come with a carrying case (which we highly recommend for the reasons we will list shortly).

Although some smokers use these terms interchangeably, there are some important differences between a one-shot pipe and a cilum. Used for hundreds of years in India, cilums are elongated, straight, cone-shaped pipes used to smoke herbs and other substances. The Western world began using cilums in the 1960s, but they are still widely used today due to their simplicity.
